B | 2026年第一季度，长江存储实现营业收入470.42亿元，归母净利润高达333.79亿元，单季净利润约为2025年全年的2.35倍，毛利率跳升至78.73%。这一盈利水平不仅在国内半导体行业中一骑绝尘，超过了长鑫科技的247.62亿元，也超越了多数A股上市公司的全年利润。　　业绩爆发的背后，是一场穿越周期的豪赌。

C | 2023年全球存储行业处于周期低谷，长江存储当年营收187.44亿元，净亏损191.81亿元，NAND Flash产品毛利率仅为1%。但公司并未收缩产能，反而持续扩产，截至2026年3月末已建成中国大陆最大的3D NAND Flash晶圆生产基地。　　低谷期埋下的产能，在行业回暖时转化为利润放大器。2024年行业回暖，长江存储营收升至452.03亿元，净利润67.71亿元，毛利率恢复至34%，由此扭亏为盈；2025年营收进一步增至631.85亿元，净利润142.11亿元，毛利率升至37%。2023年至2025年，公司营收复合增长率高达83.60%。　　本轮存储周期的核心驱动力来自AI算力需求的爆发。

D | 市场研究机构TrendForce数据显示，2026年第一季度全球NAND Flash合约价环比上涨55%至60%，第二季度涨幅扩大至70%至75%。AI推理系统与超大规模数据中心的强劲需求，使得存储芯片供应持续偏紧。　　长江存储援引TrendForce数据称，2026年一季度公司在全球NAND Flash厂商中按销售金额和出货量排名，均位列全球第三、中国第一。TrendForce同时预测，2030年全球企业级NAND Flash需求规模将超132.5万PB，2025年至2030年复合增长率达36.1%，成为半导体存储器市场增长最快的应用领域。　　豪华的股东阵容同样引人注目。招股书显示，公司目前不存在控股股东和实际控制人，第一大股东湖北长晟持股26.54%，国家集成电路产业投资基金一期、二期合计持股约23%。五大国有银行旗下投资机构，农银投资、建信投资、交银投资、中银资产、工融金投同步入股，各自持股比例均为0.613%，五家合计持有约3.065%的股权。　　A股市场上，相关参股上市公司已成为资金关注的焦点。
