As social media filled with reels and tributes, the demand became impossible to ignore — leading the team to bring the track forward.          The updated version, which was written by Shashwat Sachdev and Roshan Lal, pays tribute to the essence of Roshan Lal's timeless masterpiece, which is still a major component of Saregama's historical music collection. With the powerful voices of Shashwat Sachdev, Shahzad Ali, Subhadeep Das Chowdhury, and Armaan Khan, the new arrangement combines modern intensity with classic soul. The song's lyrics, written by contemporary author Irshad Kamil and the renowned Sahir Ludhianvi, have a strong emotional impact.     The mounting anticipation around Dhurandhar, coupled with the internet’s affection for Ranveer Singh’s commanding presence in the trailer, further pushed the song into viral territory.
